We are pleased to announce that President Toshitaka Itoh’s research paper, titled
“Considerations for Redundant Administration Theory in Health Innovation Ecosystem Policy:
Through the Questionnaire Survey of Institutions participating in the Industry-University-Government Platform”,
has been published in the 34th issue of the academic journal Japanese Regional Policy Studies.
The paper discusses how “redundancy” created through multi-actor collaboration and layered support can mitigate uncertainty and act as a driving factor in fostering innovation within ecosystem policies.
